UK Shipping
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are typically packed and dispatched the same day (business days).
- No collections or deliveries on weekends unless a weekend service is selected at checkout (where available).

Weekend delivery guidelines (if you purchase a weekend service):
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Friday: delivery the same weekend (subject to courier coverage)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Friday: delivery the following weekend

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent once your order dispatches. Tracking usually becomes active within 12 hours.
International Shipping
Customs & Duties
- EU orders: where offered, taxes may be collected/prepaid at checkout so there are no additional fees on delivery.
- Non-EU orders: customers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, and taxes applied after purchase.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
